David C. Harkins, DO, FAOAO, attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV, and received his medical degree in 1999. Furthermore, he conducted his orthopedic surgery residency at St. Luke’s Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis, MO (1999-2004). In addition, he completed his fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery at the W.B. Carrell Memorial Clinic/ Baylor University Hospital in Dallas, TX. Dr. Harkins received board certification in orthopaedic surgery from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
